The best thing about working with Ramzi is that he gives you personal attention more than any designer I have ever worked with. He follows up with the manufacturer, and is happy to work with someone the client recommends. Either way, he follows up both at the factory or on site as needed more than anyone I know. And he gets it done to perfection! Thank you Ramzi!

Designed by Eklego, the home in which my bar was to belong was stylish and elegant. Therefore when approached to design their bar, I wanted to create a piece that didn’t take away from the newlyweds’ home.
The beautiful wood-paneled walls were already a statement and adding another element would have thrown off the balance of the flat. The answer was to create a bar that was highly functional and somehow invisible.
Taking inspiration from the gorgeous revolving bars of the art deco movement, I custom designed this bar to hold their glass and barware as well as a good number of bottles. Hidden drawers were installed beneath the work counter for wine openers and other accessories.
Mimicking the wood stain of their dining room table, the walnut wood brought a richness to the piece, while mirrors were incorporated in the counter’s surface to complement the gorgeous mirror tiled entrance.
An added feature, my client wanted to include storage for their tableware as they did not have a typical buffet in their dining area. Since this was solely for storage purposes and not for entertaining, I designed extra drawers to maximize usage.
For security purposes, the floorboard flips open to reveal locks that secure all their bottles while they are away from the house.
